Merchandiser

Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, order status, sample development, and delivery schedule.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments to ensure production runs smoothly.
Follow up material status, production progress, and shipment schedules.
Prepare and manage related documents such as PO, BOM, costing, sample requests, and production reports.
Monitor product development from sample stage to mass production.
Support solving production or delivery issues to ensure on-time shipment.
Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, Garment/Textile, or related fields.
At least 1 - 2 year of experience as a Merchandiser/ Sales in backpack, bag, garment, or related manufacturing industries.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Good command of English (4 skills).Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
PLUS POINT IF YOU:Have experience working at the garment (backpack) or manufacturing industryProficiency in an additional language such as Korean or Chinese is an advantage
