Bank & Receive Accountant

SCOPE OF WORK:
Manage daily banking transactions: payment transfer, bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and loan documents if required.
Follow up and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) from overseas and local customers.
Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment-related documents.
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and customers regarding payment schedules and outstanding balances.
Update AR aging reports and support weekly and monthly closing reports.
Maintain proper accounting records by software and filing systems.
Support internal/external audits and other accounting tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant & Finance manager

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
At least 1–2 years of experience in Payable Accounting, Bank Accountant, or Accounts Receivable.
Experience in the manufacturing or backpack/bag industry is preferred.
Basic English communication skills, especially in email writing and accounting terms.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and software (ERP)
Careful, honest, responsible, active and able to work under pressure.
