Development Merchandiser (Backpack)

- Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, order status, sample development, and delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments to ensure production runs smoothly.
- Follow up material status, production progress, and shipment schedules.
- Prepare and manage related documents such as PO, BOM, costing, sample requests, and production reports.
- Monitor product development from sample stage to mass production.
- Support solving production or delivery issues to ensure on-time shipment.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, Garment/Textile, or related fields.
- At least 1 - 3 year of experience as a Merchandiser/ Sales in backpack, bag, garment, or related manufacturing industries.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good command of English (4 skills).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
PLUS POINT IF YOU:
- Have experience working at the garment (backpack) or manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in an additional language such as Korean or Chinese is an advantage
