Medical Affairs Manager

1. Medical & Scientific Affairs

• Act as the company's nutrition and health science expert.

• Provide scientific support, literature reviews and evidence-based recommendations for internal teams and healthcare professionals.

• Review scientific content, product claim and medical communications to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.

• Gather scientific insights & develop medical content to support Medical conferences, Advisory board meetings, Continuing medical education programs, Healthcare professional engagement initiatives

2. Clinical Research & Evidence Generation

• Support the identification, evaluation and establishment of collaborations with clinical research organizations (CROs), hospitals, academic institutions, investigators and other research partners.

• Serve as the key coordinator between VitaDairy and external research partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure the smooth execution of clinical studies, observational research, hospital partnerships.

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, funding allocation, product supply and deliverables, ensuring studies are well executed within agreed scope.

3. Scientific Training & Cross-functional Medical Support

• Develop and deliver scientific and medical training modules covering key therapeutic areas (Chronic kidney disease, hepatic metabolism, aging physiology, diabetes and metabolic disorders…) for Sales, CRM, Product Management, R&D, Brand Marketing and other relevant internal teams.

• Partner with Medical Sales, Brand Marketing, Product Management, Trade Marketing, Digital, PR and NPD teams to provide medical insights and scientific support.

• Support product innovation, healthcare professional programs and business initiatives through evidence-based recommendations.

Others: Take part in cross-functional Project as required.

Education

• Mandatory: Medical Doctor (MD), Pharmacist or Master’s Degree in Nutrition with a valid professional practicing certificate.

• Preferred: Advanced training or postgraduate qualifications in: Nutrition, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Internal Medicine or related fields

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Practice, Nutrition, Healthcare, or related industries.

• Insights/ experience working with hospitals, healthcare professionals, scientific programs, and clinical research projects.

• Experience in Adult Nutrition, Pediatric Nutrition or Medical Nutrition is highly preferred.

• Prior involvement in product launches, scientific events, and medical conferences is an advantage.

Skills/Abilities

• Strong medical and scientific knowledge in adult/ pediatric nutrition and disease-related nutritional management.

• Ability to critically evaluate and interpret scientific literature, clinical evidence, and medical publications.

• Strong communication, presentation, and scientific engagement skills with healthcare professionals.

• Understanding of healthcare compliance, medical ethics, and regulations related to nutrition product promotion.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
