Mechanical Application Engineer (Solidworks Or Mastercam)

Job Summary

SOLID & SOFT Ltd. Co., is expanding our technical engineering team and are currently hiring for two specialized Application Engineer positions:

• Application Engineer - Solidworks - Ho Chi Minh

• Application Engineer - Mastercam - Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi

This is a combined job posting for positions with similar responsibilities. Candidates only need experience with ONE of the above software solutions. Based on your technical background and career interests, you will be assigned to the most suitable product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.

• Implement, configure and support software at customer sites.

• Provide remote and on-site technical support.

• Deliver customer training and workshops.

• Support pre-sales demonstrations and technical presentations.

• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing.

• Build long-term customer relationships.

Technical Qualifications

Application Engineer – Solidworks

• Experience in designing on Solidworks from 2 years.

• CSWP certification is an advantage.

Application Engineer – Mastercam

• Experience in using Mastercam from 2 years.

• CNC machining knowledge or Post Processor experience is an advantage.

Common Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Good English communication.

• Willingness to travel.
