Material Planning

- Organize production according to demand and quality standard.
- Monitor/schedule manpower, machine/equipment, raw materials to cover production demand.
- Coordinate production workflow to maximize output.
- Monitor job to ensure products are produced on time in a profitable result.
- Monitor production cost to ensure the production process stays within budget.
- Prepare performance report and strengthen performance indicators.
- Obtain output information.
- Keep paperwork on production floor organized.
- Address issues aiming for minimum disruption.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor graduation.
- At least 2-3 years experience in Material/Production Planning.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry, Mechanical and Semiconductors is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MRP; SAP User experience is highly recommended.
- Very good knowledge of production process. Understand about technical drawing.
- Good at math and statistics.
- Risk management and able to quickly rectify issues in production process.
- Coaching skill, ability to motivate employees.
- English verbal and written communication skill is required.
- MS Office high competency.
