• Merchandising and Campaign Execution: Plan and implement merchandising strategies, 
  including A+ content, product portfolio, marketing materials, ratings & reviews, SEO/SEM, and CRM. Ensure the brand's visibility and activation on E-commerce platforms aligns with the brand's master plan and shopper insights. 
• Thematic Campaigns: Lead thematic campaigns for major sales events and monthly 
  promotions, ensuring continuous exposure of the brand on marketplaces. 
• Campaign Management: Coordinate campaign tools, daily commercial activities, and visibility support through Seller Center or direct communication with Platform Key Account Managers. 
• Performance Tracking: Measure and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI, 
  assessing factors like content, media, customer feedback, and CRM data. 
• KOL Collaboration: Coordinate and execute KOL activities to drive brand awareness and 
  conversion, integrating e-trade and e-promotional calendars for optimal product cross-selling and data sharing.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ecommerce, or a related field. 
• Experience: Experience as a KAM on Ecommerce industry is preferable with good sense of business 

• Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities for performance tracking, communication, and collaboration

• Technical: Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRM, and marketplace platform tools. 
• Operational: Excellent planning and execution of campaigns and merchandising.
