Merchandising and Campaign Execution

Plan and implement merchandising strategies, including A+ content, product portfolio, marketing materials, ratings & reviews, SEO/SEM, and CRM. Ensure the brand's visibility and activation on E-commerce platforms aligns with the brand's master plan and shopper insights.

Thematic Campaigns

Lead thematic campaigns for major sales events and monthly promotions, ensuring continuous exposure of the brand on marketplaces.

Campaign Management

Coordinate campaign tools, daily commercial activities, and visibility support through Seller Center or direct communication with Platform Key Account Managers.

Performance Tracking

Measure and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI, assessing factors like content, media, customer feedback, and CRM data.

KOL Collaboration

Coordinate and execute KOL activities to drive brand awareness and conversion, integrating e-trade and e-promotional calendars for optimal product cross-selling and data sharing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.

Experience

Experience as a KAM on Ecommerce industry is preferable with good sense of business

Strong analytical abilities for performance tracking, communication, and collaboration
