Marketing Specialist (Female/Senior)

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness and planning and executing data-driven marketing campaigns. We are looking for a passionate professional with a deep understanding of social media platforms to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (online/offline) to achieve brand goals.
- Social Media Management: Plan and manage content across major channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and promotional events; analyze campaign KPIs.
- Data Analytics: Leverage analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to derive insights and prepare performance reports.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with design and video teams to produce high-quality marketing assets that align with the brand identity.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends in Vietnam.

Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with 3–5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the Vietnamese social media landscape (especially TikTok, Facebook, and influencer marketing).
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities and experience in managing marketing metrics (ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.).
- Language Proficiency: Native-level Vietnamese and business-level English fluency are required. (Korean proficiency is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, excellent communication, and strong teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) or video editing software.
- Proven experience in performance marketing (ad bidding and optimization).
- Exceptional creativity and copywriting skills.
