Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Marketing Officer in AEON MALL Ha Dong.

- Work location: AEON MALL Ha Dong, Duong Noi, Ha Dong, Hanoi

- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays

- Job summary: Responsible for working with tenants to organize events and create content to support their sales activities.

Detailed job description:

1. Coordinate with mall tenants to organize events and provide new and engaging experiences for customers.

2. Coordinate with agencies/vendors to check and ensure all event-related items, such as designs, activities, POSM, staffing, etc., are fully prepared and implemented smoothly.

3. Manage and monitor marketing communication channels, including Fanpage, TikTok, Zalo, Website, and Homepage, to communicate information about tenant collaboration programs (Events & Promotions) to customers.

4. Evaluate the performance of tenant collaboration programs, prepare reports, and propose improvement ideas and solutions to the Deputy Manager.

5. Develop and propose creative ideas for tenant collaboration programs.

6. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor’s degree, in any field;

2. Having 1 – 2 years of experience in Marketing or related fields is an advantage;

3. Good communication in English and Vietnamese;

4. Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

5. Have a good teamwork spirit;

6. Willing to work in shift.
