Due to business growth and new upcoming projects, we are in need of recruiting Corporate Communication Officer

position.

+ Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi

+ Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

+ Report to: Deputy Manager.

+ Job summary: Corporate Communication Officer supports the Corporate Communication team in developing engaging content and executing communication initiatives that strengthen the company's brand reputation, company culture, and public engagement, while supporting the planning and execution of corporate events, internal activities, and social initiatives.

+ Job Description:

1. Develop and manage content for the company’s owned media channels, including the corporate website, company intranet, and other digital platforms. (30%)

2. Support internal and external communication activities to effectively communicate the company’s business, culture, achievements, and corporate image. (25%)

3. Involve in the planning and execution of corporate events, employee activities, and CSR initiatives across the company. (20%)

4. Follow news coverage and assist in managing corporate website and company intranet, analyze and create report related to company's situation & reputation. (10%)

5. Monitor and maintain departmental records and paperwork, while managing company logos and corporate materials to ensure proper use and compliance with company regulations and procedures. (10%)

6. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisors. (5%)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Journalism or a related field.

- Excellent Vietnamese writing and editing skills; good command of written and spoken English.

- Passion for corporate storytelling and content creation.

- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools is an advantage.

- Basic video editing skills and the ability to create short-form video content are preferred.

- Good visual sense, creativity, and an understanding of how to develop engaging content across different communication channels.
