Marketing Manager (Working Location: Nha Trang)

Position Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that support:

• Retail store sales

• Online sales growth

• Brand awareness

• Wholesale & franchise development

This role works closely with the Retail Manager, Sales Team, Design Team, and Management to ensure all marketing activities drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail Marketing:

• Plan and organize monthly retail campaigns and promotions.

• Work with the Retail Manager to increase store traffic and sales.

• Coordinate in-store events, seasonal campaigns, and customer loyalty programs.

• Support new store openings and promotional activities.

• Measure campaign performance and suggest improvements.

2. Online Marketing:

Support marketing for:

• Website / Shopee / TikTok Shop / Lazada

• Social Media

Responsibilities:

• Plan online campaigns and promotions.

• Coordinate paid advertising and KOL/KOC collaborations/UGC content.

• Work with the Design Team on creative content.

• Align online campaigns with retail promotions.

• Help grow online sales and customer engagement.

3. Brand Awareness:

• Build and strengthen the Gustavo Gano brand.

• Organize PR, events, exhibitions, and influencer collaborations.

• Maintain consistent brand image across all channels.

• Develop creative marketing ideas to increase brand recognition.

4. Wholesale & Franchise Marketing:

Support the company's expansion by:

• Preparing marketing materials and catalogues.

• Assisting with wholesale and franchise presentations.

• Supporting exhibitions and B2B marketing campaigns.

• Helping generate new wholesale and franchise opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Bus

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

• 2+ years of marketing experience (Fashion/Retail preferred).

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Good English communication is an advantage.
