Junior Fashion Designer (Working Location: Nha Trang)

Position Summary: The Junior Fashion Designer will support the Design Team in developing seasonal collections for men, women, and children. This role assists in researching fashion trends, creating design concepts, preparing technical documents, and coordinating with the Technical, Merchandising, and Production teams to bring collections from concept to finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collection Development:

• Assist in designing seasonal collections for men, women, and children.

• Develop fashion concepts based on market trends and customer needs.

• Prepare sketches, colorways, and presentation boards.

• Support senior designers throughout the product development process.

2. Trend & Market Research:

• Research international fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes.

• Monitor competitors and retail market developments.

• Collect inspiration and prepare seasonal mood boards.

• Share trend insights with the design team.

3. Product Development:

• Prepare technical sketches and basic specification sheets.

• Select fabrics, trims, prints, and accessories together with the sourcing team.

• Follow sample development and participate in fitting sessions.

• Work closely with the Technical Team to improve garment fit and construction.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, QC, and Marketing teams during product development.

• Support product presentation for retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and exhibitions.

• Assist in maintaining design documentation and product archives.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in fashion design (Fresh graduates are welcome).

• Good knowledge of fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and garment construction.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (CLO3D is an advantage).

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic English communication is preferred.
