MARKETING MANAGER (F&B)

Develop and execute integrated PR & Marketing strategies to drive business growth, boost sales, and elevate brand equity;
Partner with the Sales team to scale existing channels and identify new revenue streams;
Propose impactful offers and services to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales potential;
Monitor market trends to strategically steer all marketing initiatives;
Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing strategies with overarching business goals;
Direct content strategy and visual guidelines across key digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, Website, etc.);
Formulate the annual marketing budget and optimize monthly campaign allocations to meet business targets;
Oversee budget management and remain accountable for financial targets;
Continuously test and analyze campaigns, promotions, and landing pages to optimize KPIs and extract actionable customer insights;
Track performance metrics and generate regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and ad-hoc KPI reports.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or another related field;
At least 3 years' experience in management; Experienced in trade marketing or retail (plus);
Fluent in written and spoken English;
Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and team skills;
