At JVL, we are one of the first companies bringing chilled beef to Vietnam. We started with a simple goal: to provide Vietnamese consumers with beef that is safe, transparent, and truly high quality.

Every product is developed by following the strict standards and production practices of Japan, together with experienced Japanese experts. But in the end, it is made by Vietnamese people, in Vietnam, for Vietnamese consumers.

Who We Are Looking For:

The Marketing Manager will lead the company's Marketing strategy, including brand building, strategic portfolio and New Product Development (NPD), Trade Marketing, Horeca activation, and consumer growth initiatives.

This role is responsible for driving business growth by strengthening our brands, developing new products, and making sure every Marketing activity is executed well and delivers real business results within the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities

o Develop and drive the overall Marketing strategy.

o Lead strategic portfolio management and New Product Development (NPD).

o Drive Trade Marketing and Horeca activation.

o Build and develop the Marketing team.

o Deliver excellent execution while continuously improving the way we work.

o At least 8 years of Marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, Food, or Retail.

o Proactive, practical, and not afraid of challenges.

o Creative, open-minded, and always looking for better ways to do things.
