Sales & Account Management (50%)

· Achieve sales targets for assigned MT accounts.

· Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and waste/disposal rates.

· Ensure effective execution of promotions, displays, product launches, and in-store activities.

· Build strong relationships with Buyers to secure better visibility, distribution, and promotional support.

· Manage customer issues and ensure excellent service.

Business Development (25%)

· Identify and develop new business opportunities.

· Support new product launches and new customers expansion.

· Expand store coverage and increase sales volume within existing accounts.

Market Analysis (15%)

· Track market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.

· Provide market insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Planning & Team Management (10%)

· Develop sales plans and ensure timely execution.

· Supervise and coach PGs/Merchandisers.

· Monitor inventory, company assets, and account receivables.

Yêu cầu công việc

· 3+ years of experience in Modern Trade sales, preferably FMCG or fresh food.

· Strong negotiation and account management skills.

· Good analytical and sales forecasting ability.

· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

· Experience in consignment operations is an advantage.

· Experience managing PGs/Merchandisers is preferred.

Key KPIs: Sales Growth, Sell-in/ Sell-out, Distribution, Shelf Visibility, Waste Rate, and Collection.
