Marketing Executive

- Traditional Marketing (70%)
- Work on marketing plans from conceptual stage, planning, execution, management, and evaluation.
- Work with other departments to determine the demand for the company's products and services and identify potential markets.
- Prepare procedure and document in the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies for business line products, projects, and services.
- Liaise with suppliers, internal Business Line Leaders, and designers for smooth implementation of marketing projects.
- Manage the production of marketing materials such as posters, flyers, etc.
- Manage administrative process of the marketing plans.
- Digital Marketing (30%)
- Analytics & Conversions
- Collect and analyse data from websites, blogs, electronic direct mail (EDM) systems and social media to explore insights, identify issues and opportunities in order to achieve maximum conversions and ROI.
- Digital Marketing Channel Management
- Manage and optimize the company website, blogs, and social media, including content development, post schedule and timeframe, and directly update content on those channels.
- Manage EDM system for all Departments, including content development, editing layout and format and the delivery of EDM.
- Research/study the effectiveness of the channels with KPIs for BOD updates and decisions.
- Study and propose operational guidelines and process on each DM channel: post timeframes, content, languages, the brand identity issues, forms of content (text, webinar, video, infographics, etc).
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good writing skills in terms of digital marketing and content marketing.
- Communication skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
- PC skills: Able to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
- Experience: At least 3 year-experience in related field.
- Language: Proficient Vietnamese and English (both speaking and writing).
