As a Marketing Communications Intern at VietnamWorks, you will turn ideas and insights into engaging content that brings practical value to job seekers throughout their career journey. You will write and develop content across social media, blogs, and campaigns, adapting your writing to different topics and formats.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation & Management

• Develop engaging content for VietnamWorks’ social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Execute content for brand campaigns, including social posts, podcast materials, and script development, in line with campaign objectives and plans.

• Produce long-form and short-form content for the VietnamWorks’ Community platform, tailored to different topics, formats, and audience needs.

• Manage the content calendar and collaborate with Design, Video, and Production teams to ensure timely publication and consistent content, visual execution, and brand messaging across channels.

2. Event & Podcast Support

• Collaborate with the Event team on pre- and post-event communications (drafting promo posts, event recaps, etc.).

• Edit script and collaborate with video editor to produce short event videos.

3. Marketing Admin Tasks

• Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing activities and ongoing projects, including paperwork, supplier coordination, and project checklists.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4th year university student, currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications

• Fluent in English

• Available for a 3-month full-time internship with a university internship introduction letter.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

• Strong writing skills in Vietnamese with the ability to write clearly, naturally, and engagingly for different audiences and platforms.

• Creative storytelling ability, able to turn ideas, insights, and information into compelling content.

• Good understanding of social media content and platform-specific communication styles.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback and refine content.

• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
