This position will take responsibility for providing reports that helps leaders to follow business performance and restructure the current situation to achieve the company’s goals.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Deliver weekly/ monthly reports to support leaders to evaluate our business performance.

- Help Business Units evaluate the result of their performance or follow up their customers by providing accurate and useful reports.

- Support Marketing team to follow their peformance by collect and reconcile data from multiple sources.

- Create useful, insightful, actionable and auto-refreshed reports on SharePoint/PowerBI

- Ultilize AI to automate operation to improve productivity.

Data Warehouse:

- Assist the team to keep data in the Data Warehouse accurate and consistent with internal systems.

- Support SharePoint report maintenance (refresh files, optimize SQL queries) and fix issues/bugs with DB team.

- Be aware of all the problems may cause if there are new updates and give initiative ideas to solve problems.

- Suggest valuable ideas to improve DWH.

Other Ad-hoc Projects:

Assist the team in other ad-hoc projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or equivalent.

- Good at MS Office, especially excellent at Excel (know about Pivot Table)

- Know to use PowerPivot, PowerBI is the plus

- Good understanding of accounting and financial principle

- Proactive and good interpersonal skills

- Good at English, especially reading & writing

- Careful, logical thinking, detail-focused, well-organized, result-oriented, love to work with numbers, reports and analysis
