KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Researching to gain a deep understanding of the HR market and event format, then

proposing suitable topics and speakers.

• Joining brainstorming and contributing creative ideas, new content, topics, and scripts for

events, and supporting to recap meeting minutes.

• Following up and engaging with event attendees through media channels and

VietnamWorks Community.

• Supporting the team in event planning, setup, and on-site execution of online and offline

events, including webinars, workshops, networking events, and other marketing activities.

• Assisting with registration and attendee management.

• Proactively support the team in handling operational tasks and solving arising issues

during events.

• Assisting in other administrative work for the team (paperwork, contracts with suppliers,

payment).

• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

QUALIFICATIONS

• Last-year students in Marketing, Event or Relating Majors.

• Good verbal and written communication skills (in English).

• High focus, punctual, result-oriented, responsible, and outstanding multitasking abilities.

• Prior experience in supporting or organizing events is preferred.

• Basic understanding of event operations, presentation setup and show running.

• Willing and able to work outside regular hours during events and travel for business when required.

• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
