Job Purpose:

BAYER Consumer Healthcare is seeking a Marketing Assistant to play an integral part in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing team.

This position will be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing communications and programs for Dermatology line of products and will collaborate with many different departments to advance the vision and strategy of the brand. The ideal candidate has a passion for the skincare/healthcare industry, the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once; eager to learn, problem solver, attention to detail, and ability to operate with a sense of urgency and flexibility.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing/ communication campaigns via partnership with agencies and closely monitor on activities such as SEM/SEO, social media, digital campaigns, social advocacy,online/ offline events,.... Act as key contact with ownership to ensure the achievement of campaign performance.

• Develop and create marketing materials that articulate the benefits of the responsible product lines, including printed leaflet/ brochure, product videos, testimonial videos, and website articles, and other communication materials.

• Collaborate with the broader Marketing team/ cross-function team to execute product launches that align with brand strategy and within timeline committed.

• Plan, coordinate with Trade/ Sale team and execute activations, events, congresses, and webinars that focus on product education.

• Process for internal/ external approval of branded advertising materials with closely monitor on details and ensure the timeline and requirements needed.

• Ensure communication materials are accurate and high-quality work following brand guidelines.

• Coordinate and support for internal meetings, conferences and customers visits as needed

• In charged to process admin works for brand documents including PR/PO, contracts, sponsorships, liquidations,... according to the requirements.

• Provide additional support to line manager and participate in broader projects for the Marketing Department, as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related areas.

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the Healthcare/FMCG/Skincare/Babycare.

• Experience in Digital Marketing, DTC Communications.

• Business acumen with proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and drive attitude.

• Strong accountability and flexibility to work in a medical industry while ensuring appropriate compliance.

• Strong inter-personal skills and collaborative, in particular with cross-functions team

• Project management, strong in organization and time management. Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Has experience working with business data.
