Panasonic Sales Vietnam. Location: Floor 14, Chamvit Tower, 117 Tran Duy Hung, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi. Key Responsibilities: Always-on Communication & Content Execution: Create content direction & calendar for social channels such as Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. Together with Inhouse team & agency, execute content across social channels aligned with brand guidelines. Track progress, review, and refine content before publication. Manage posting schedules and ensure brand consistency. Campaign, Activation & Event Execution: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, brand partnerships activities. Plan & product POSM, trade tool at shop. Responsible for activation and event execution (e.g. press launch, on-ground activation). Track timelines and execution checklists. Support KOL/KOC coordination, including booking and deliverable tracking. Support digital media execution across platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Compile performance and campaign reports, manage campaign performance, ROI. Support other Marcom-related tasks in collaboration with internal teams as required. Coordination & Operations: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure smooth execution of Marcom activities. Coordinate tasks, track progress, and follow up on action items across stakeholders. Support Marcom operational processes, including proposals, quotations, approvals, and WIP reporting.

- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Marcom, Marketing, Digital, or an Agency environment.
- Hands-on experience in content, campaign, or event execution.
- Open mindset to try innovative projects, and collaborative manner among internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong coordination and time management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Advanced English.
