Manufacturing Engineer - Open for Fresher

1. Provide engineering solutions related to manufacturing Cable ASSY, Box builds, such as:

•Review and analyze product documentation to ensure correct and complete documents: Check mechanical drawings and datasheet, and component specifications in drawings and BOMs.

•Calculate labor time for production.

•Control, modify, generate, and verify documentation for engineering change orders (ECO)

•Extract and analyze the bill of materials and product structure of parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies

•Retrieve product documentation and specifications from internal and external database systems to maintain and update product data

•Provide engineering solutions, and communication with the customer to resolve problems.

•Work with the Production/ QC/ Inventory teams to resolve the technical issues.

•Work with buyers/ suppliers to ensure ordered parts meet drawing requirements.

•Provide regular updates on project progress and project reports.

•Design and perform reverse engineering using 2D/3D software for cable assemblies, sheet metal, and machined parts.

•Modify the 2D/3D model.

- Nationality: Vietnamese

1.Knowledge:

•Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ mechatronic or related majors;

•Engineering mindset is obligate;

•Have fundamental knowledge about engineering overall and mechanical/ electrical/electronic in specific;

•Have knowledge about the design and manufacturing of machine/sheet metal parts

•Have knowledge about the design and assembly of boxes built as Power supply boxes, Power distribution boxes, Control boxes…

•Be able to read and understand the ME/EE drawing, datasheet, and spec. of components;

2.Experience and skills:

•Positive and proactive thinking;

•Team player and working under pressure;

•Time management and task-controlling skill;

•Good communication: Exchange and resolve the information effectively in email/meeting/report/presentation;

•Intermediate level in English or higher;

•Be able to work by email and discuss with customers in meetings;

•Be able to use ME 2D/3D software as Auto Cad, Solidworks, Creo

•Basic MS Office level. MS Outlook and MS Excel are more important;

•Experience in sheet metal part/ box build design/ electrical is preferable
