Document Support Engineer

As a Document Support Engineer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to writing ECO or supporting international engineer in global support services department in order to maintain serviceability to our customer’s tools in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Engineering Change Management & Configuration Control:

- Author, review, modify and release ECO (Engineering Change Order).

- Mange configuration baselines and change implementation.

- Perform impact assessments and maintain traceability.

2. Documentation Management & Product Data Control:

- Review, revise and release controlled technical documentation supporting obsolescence replacements regarding electrical, mechanical and optical products.

- Maintain documentation accuracy within PLM systems.

3. Product Structure & BOM Analysis:

- Analyze BOMs and product structures.

- Verify part relationships and procurement data.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA and Product Support.

5. Release Execution & Compliance:

- Execute release and ensure compliance with procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related subjects

• Experience: 1 to 3 years

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written: ability to support technical documentation and process issues with global customers and international colleagues (engineering procedures, operating and maintenance instructions).

• Natural talent for procedures, processes, and engineering documentation with attention to detail

• Hands-on industrial experience with professional engineering processes such as ECOs is a plus

• Work experience using software tools for production planning, product lifecycle management, and/or quality management can be beneficial

• Must be self-directed, able to multitask with little direct supervision, and able to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines

• Ability to effectively work within a team to expedite completion of project tasks with other functional groups
