Manufacturing BOM Specialist (Working in Hai Phong Plant)

- Create and maintain MBOM, BOP, and manufacturing data in PLM.

- Manage material, part, and process structures to support production requirements.

- Validate EBOM, MBOM, and BOP data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Coordinate engineering and manufacturing changes (ECN/MCN) and ensure proper implementation in PLM and SAP.

- Monitor and manage Break Point (BP) activities related to product and process changes.

- Ensure manufacturing changes are correctly transferred and updated between PLM and SAP systems.

- Support demand planning, material planning, and MRP activities through accurate BOM management.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Material Control, Warehouse, SAP, and PLM teams.

- Act as the focal point for Sub-BOM management and support prototype/testing vehicle programs.

- From 3 years experience with Supply Chain Management fields, preferably at Automotive Company

- Good knowledge with PLM/SAP systems and MS Office

- Good experience with Material Change management. Good analytical thinking.

- Relevant experience in Sourcing or Material Control and Production Management in Automotive Company is advantage

- Proficient in English

- Strong attention to detail, organization skill and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong interpersonal skills
