Tuyển dụng Manual Tester Platform Liveops (kiêm Game Event & BI) tại Hà Nội

- Design test cases and perform testing for the LiveOps Platform system (configurations, resources, IAP packs, etc.)

- Support the Tester Lead in testing Game LiveOps events when needed

- Collaborate with the Business Analyst team to test features of the internal BI system

- Write clear and easy-to-understand bug reports and test documentation for relevant stakeholders within the team

- Proactively learn and gradually propose improvements to the testing process

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge:

- At least 1,5 years of experience in system/platform testing

- Background in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields

- Understanding of business workflows involving approval processes and audit logs

- Ability to read and understand schemas/data models (data types, units of measurement)

- Basic SQL skills and ability to read and understand JSON and system logs

- Basic understanding of resource economy/IAP in games and dashboards/BI is a plus

- Experience testing modules involving approval flows/audit logs, or internal management systems/ERP/CRM

- Proficiency in visual tools such as Figma is a plus

Skills:

- Strong ability to cross-check and reconcile data from multiple sources (the most important foundational skill)

- Ability to write clear, structured test cases and bug reports

- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner

- Ability to use basic tools such as SQL clients, Postman, and log viewers

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with multiple stakeholders

Salary: Up to VND 20M/month
