We are looking for a visionary Managing Director to lead and build this transformation journey.

2. Job Description

The Managing Director will lead the establishment, development, and growth of the Chicilon Media Advertising Design Center.

This role will be responsible for building a high-performing creative organization, driving innovation in AI-powered advertising production, and supporting the company’s long-term transformation into a next-generation digital marketing platform.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Advertising Design Center from the ground up

• Define organizational structure, operational processes, and creative systems

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across creative, design, video, AI, and brand strategy functions

• Drive high-impact creative solutions for enterprise clients and nationwide sales teams

• Strengthen proposal competitiveness and premium branding capability

• Develop AI-powered advertising production capabilities and creative innovation initiatives

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to support business growth and transformation

• Build a high-performance, innovation-driven culture

• 10+ years of leadership experience in advertising, creative, branding, digital media, production, or related industries

• Strong experience leading creative, strategy, or integrated production teams

• Commercial mindset with strong client and business understanding

• Passion for innovation, AI transformation, and the future of advertising

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability

• Experience working with large enterprise brands is highly preferred

• Candidates from agencies, production houses, branding consultancies, digital media companies, or AI creative startups are encouraged to apply
