Lead the recruitment efforts for the Healthcare Business, ensuring alignment with business and organizational needs
Manage and develop a team of 2 - 3 Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering capability growth and high performance
Design and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on senior and management-level hiring
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, leveraging market insights and data-driven reporting to inform decisions
Employer Branding & TA Projects (30%)
Support the Director, Talent Acquisition in driving country-level strategies and transformation projects, including employer branding, onboarding, and early careers programs
Champion DKSH’s employer brand through creative, multichannel campaigns and proactive talent pipeline development across various platforms and engagement channels

Experienced in leading and developing recruitment teams
Skilled in sourcing tools, social media hiring, behavioral interviews, and onboarding
Familiar with Pharma recruitment; prior experience preferred
Strong project and time management abilities
Able to align team efforts with organizational goals and values
Effective in managing agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Data-driven approach to performance tracking and process improvement
Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
Professional fluency in English
