CAREER PATH & DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP

OPPO offers a structured career journey to help you grow into a future business leader:

• Sales Key Account: Trainee → Sales → Key Account Specialist → Key Account Supervisor
• Training: Trainee → Sales → Training Specialist → Training Supervisor
• Go To Market (GTM): Trainee → Sales → GTM Specialist → GTM Supervisor

Through structured training and mentorship from experienced leaders, you will be challenged, developed, and prepared to lead business teams within 36 months.
