Maintenance Supervisor

- Have the responsibility and obligation to report the work being undertaken to the plant manager.
- Responsible for the plant manager and the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment throughout the factory, ensuring machinery and equipment work in the best condition.
- Ensure that machinery and equipment sent to the site and returned from the site must be checked and repaired, and that the machinery working outside the site is in the best condition.
- Responsible for managing the power supply system throughout the factory safely and economically.
- Control supplies and spare parts, reserve and use them economically and efficiently.
- Organizing and operating the maintenance department to operate in accordance with the functions, and In charge of daily machinery repair work, giving priority to the most favorable work for production.
- Prepare a list of machinery and equipment, maintenance plans, and periodic maintenance according to ISO standards.
- Carry out the work of instructing workers to operate machines properly, work safety, and fire prevention, manage equipment with strict requirements on work safety, and propose inspection and correction.
- Propose improvements, manufacture, and purchase new machinery and equipment suitable for each production period.
- Control materials and spare parts effectively and economically.
- Implement orders assigned by the plant manager to meet the goals set by the company.
- Decide on technical issues related to repairing machinery and equipment throughout the factory.
- Recommend tools and materials for work according to company regulations.
- Coordinate and support well with other departments in the company to complete the common tasks set by the company.
- Support the necessary professional work for the staff in the room to complete the tasks assigned by the plant manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge & Experience in machine commissioning, troubleshooting, rectification, and modification of CNC, and other electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Minimum Working Experience: 5 yrs. In the same role.
- Skill Required:
- Knowledge of machine troubleshooting
- Read drawings and machine specifications
- Can perform machine calibrations
- Working under high pressure, performing tasks requiring high precision and responsibility.
- Language Required: English.
