Position Summary:

Our client is one of Taiwan's leading Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) companies specializing in professional handheld instruments used by global brands across industrial, environmental, and scientific measurement industries. Leveraging strong capabilities in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management, and quality assurance, the company designs and develops innovative products tailored to customer needs.

The Vietnam factory is responsible for manufacturing and shipping products directly to international customers. The Production Technology Specialist plays a key role in maintaining production fixtures and equipment, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations, and serving as the technical coordination bridge between the Vietnam factory and the Taiwan Production Technology team.

Job Description:

- Perform regular maintenance, servicing, and repair of production fixtures, tools, and equipment.

- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

- Troubleshoot and resolve fixture and equipment issues arising on the production line.

- Execute calibration activities for instruments, gauges, and measurement equipment according to established standards.

- Coordinate with the Taiwan Production Technology team on technical issues, engineering changes, and process improvements.

- Gather, organize, and communicate technical information effectively to support issue resolution and project execution.

- Participate in discussions and implementation of fixture and equipment optimization initiatives to improve productivity and quality.

- Support continuous improvement activities within the manufacturing environment.

- Perform other duties and projects assigned by supervisors.

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

- Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or fixture repair is preferred.

- Experience in fixture design is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to facilitate technical discussions.

- Good command of English and Vietnamese is required.

- Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus.
