Logistics & Trade Staff

• Process and verify purchase orders, coordinate with internal teams and customers on order status, shipment ETA, stock levels and shipping modes.

• Work with warehouses to ensure accurate and on-time shipments.

• Prepare export shipping documents, handle BL confirmation, courier tasks, filing and daily export control updates.

• Coordinate with customs, forwarders, suppliers, and MoIT for CO documents (Indo, Thailand, China).

• Handle customer claims and follow-up with forwarders on debit notes and payments.

• Work with Procurement and suppliers to manage import shipments.

• Prepare import shipping documents, coordinate with forwarders and customs for clearance.

• Manage CO documentation and support tax refund processing.

• Maintain daily import control sheet and monitor payments to forwarders.

• Review import documentation and coordinate with suppliers for required technical files.

• Prepare homologation dossiers for regulated parts (wheel, tire, battery, mirror, headlamp, engine, frame).

• Work with forwarders and local Registry authorities for conformity testing.

• Update homologation status and documents.

• Reconcile export B13 and import A41 data; verify customs dates, liquidation dates, and relevant components quantity.

• Prepare tax refund dossiers including sales contracts, POs, export data, bank transactions and accounting records.

• Prepare monthly import/export and homologation reports.

• Verify declaration reports from forwarders (AMA, CO delay, cancellation reports).

• Provide required reports to Controlling and Tax departments.

• Other tasks arranged by line manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, International Trade, Import–Export, or similar.

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Logistics, Import–Export, Supply Chain.

• Experience working with customs, forwarders, and authorities.

• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving.

• Good Excel.

• Good English skills.

• Time management, detail-oriented, patient, quick learner.

• Ability to train, support and work cross-functionally.
