Logistics Specialist / Chuyên viên Logistics

The Logistics Specialist plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate trucking planning, and compliance with customer and company requirements.
This role requires strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration with internal departments and external logistics partners to achieve efficient shipment flow and cost control.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive shipping plan & booking confirmation from suppliers and then pass along to our Truckers to pick up empty boxes
• Coordinate with suppliers/truckers in order to solve any issues that we potentially might have when truckers pick up empty containers
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, planning, and customer service teams to align shipment schedules (Ensure on-time Empty container arrival at Supplier's factories)
• Monitor transportation performance, report issues, and propose solutions for improvement
• Support freight booking, truck arrangement, and coordination with logistics service providers
• Maintain accurate shipment records in the system and generate reports as required
• Assist in cost tracking, logistics KPI analysis, and process improvement projects
• Communicate effectively in English with vendors, forwarders, and customers when needed
• Push back on Suppliers for completely loading goods onto containers and declaring CDF as scheduled then Truckers can deliver full boxes to Export terminal > Avoid anchorage fee at facilities
• Do reporting daily and maintain necessary spreadsheet files to keep track of Volumes, Issues, Workload
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Responsible for shipment coordination, trucking planning accuracy, and ensuring delivery compliance within designated areas.
• Work closely with the Logistics Assistant Manager and provide backup support for other team members during peak operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation coordination, preferably in manufacturing or trading companies.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and transport operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics management systems.
