LOGISTICS OFFICER

JOB PURPOSE
Logistics Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing import and export activities to ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies. This role supports smooth logistics operations, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures adherence to government and customs requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure the import-export works smoothly per planned and collect all import-export documents and declare them correctly according to the law.
To conduct documentation related to export and import following Vietnam Customs regulations.
To conduct & responsibility for customs declaration of import and export on VNACCS-ECUS5 software.
Monitoring liquidation and tax refunds as customs regulations.
To comply with the logistics cost budget and logistics payment requests submitted in a timely.
Build-up & register new Practical norms with customs based on Production consumption.
Get Certificated of Origin (COO) as the Customer required and submit to the Government for approval.
Liaising Shipping agent/Forwarding/Broker/Courier company for booking and schedules for export/import shipments.
Monitoring Forwarder/Broker service following VAC regulations.
Keep updated and comply with new Government/Customs regulations.
Other duties as assigned by the Section Logistics Manager.
College Degree or Bachelor majoring in foreign trade, external economics, business, or other related fields.
Experiences in the automotive, mechanical, mechatronics industry.
3-5 years experiences in Import - Export.
Good knowledge of Customs declaration, Customs liquidation, certificates of Origin, and Customs VNACCS -ECUS5 system.
Capacity Analysis, TPM, ERP POKAYOKE, 6Sigma, certified internal auditor is a plus.
Proficient English.
