Logistics Manager

1. Job Purpose

To oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory control, outbound, and distribution, while improving operational efficiency, reducing logistics costs, and ensuring a stable supply chain.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization.

• Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

B. Inventory Management

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

• Manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory.

C. Distribution Management

• Manage nationwide delivery schedules.

• Ensure on-time delivery performance.

• Improve transportation efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

D. People Management

• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff.

• Allocate manpower efficiently based on operational needs.

• Promote workplace safety and improve the working environment.

E. Operational Improvement

• Monitor logistics KPIs.

• Lead warehouse process improvement initiatives.

• Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency projects.

F. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with SCM, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance departments.

• Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

3. Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations.

• Strong inventory management experience.

• Experience using ERP systems.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

4. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or household products industries.

• Experience managing an in-house warehouse operation.

• Experience using ERP and/or WMS systems.

• Proficiency in English or Korean.

• Experience leading logistics process improvement initiatives.
