Logistic Senior Executive (Warehouse)

I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse

- Supervise 3PL for all activities in warehouse form Inbound, Outbound

- Monitoring KPI, productivity of the warehouse

- Cross check warehouse shipment plan,coordinate with stores to ensure orders will ship per promise date and requesting stores to do goods receipt in system to clear stock in transit

- Monitor and coordinate to handle arising problems, if any, in the operation between stores, suppliers and CJ warehouses

- Allocation new item,equiqment,store use requests based on warehouse shipment schedule and re-check the progress

- Participating in cross-checking, monthly and quarterly warehouse inventory with CJ warehouse

Order Planner

- Place orders and monitor the delivery schedule of suppliers according to the plan

- Report and coordinate information with relevant departments on delivery progress from suppliers

- Track the order and allocation of new product codes according to the prescribed process and time

- Allocate tasks and responsibilities under management team

- Manage documents and records

- Reports according to work requirements and direct management

- Report problems in a timely manner to direct managers

Yêu cầu công việc

- Knowledge in Logistics operations management, Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field

- Knowledge of retail, convenience store

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Logistics

- Experience in warehouse, ordering

- Computer skills, warehouse management software

- Ability to work independently, control work and report work in a timely manner

- Hardworking, able to withstand high pressure
