License Compliance Executive

VIETNAM MANUAL CONSULTANCY is a professional consulting firm providing comprehensive business support services to foreign investors and international businesses in Vietnam. Our services cover business establishment and licensing, investment and enterprise registration, accounting and tax, HR and payroll, visa and work permits, and ongoing business compliance.

Due to our business growth and expanding service needs, we are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive License Compliance Executive to join our growing team.

✨ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage clients' business licenses and regulatory compliance requirements;

• Assist clients with applications, amendments, renewals, and updates of business licenses and relevant documents ;

• Prepare and review application dossiers and supporting documents for submission to relevant authorities;

• Other duties as per requested.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Law

• 1–2 years of experience in legal consulting, licensing, or compliance are welcome to apply;

• Good command of English, both written and verbal (TOEIC at least 700 or equivalent);

• Basic knowledge of Vietnamese business, investment, and licensing regulations;

• Strong attention to detail and good document management skills;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Careful, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn;

• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team;
