Fresh Accounting Executive

VIETNAM MANUAL CONSULTANCY is a consulting firm providing comprehensive services to foreign investors and international businesses in Vietnam. Our services cover business establishment and licensing, accounting and tax, HR and payroll, visa and work permits, and ongoing business compliance.

Due to our business growth and expanding service needs, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Accounting Executive to join our Tax & Accounting Services Team in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

✨ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily accounting tasks and bookkeeping for clients;

• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records;

• Assist with VAT, PIT, CIT, and other tax-related matters;

• Support the preparation and submission of accounting and tax reports;

• Communicate with clients and assist in responding to accounting and tax queries;

• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant authorities when required;

• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Auditing;

• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience;

• Experience with accounting software is an advantage;

• Basic knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations;

• Good command of English (TOEIC at least 625 or equivalent);

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Careful, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn;

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
