Legal Executive

Assist in developing and promulgating a system of contract templates, in charge of reviewing all contracts of the Company to a high standard, and/or bilingual (English & Vietnamese).
Draft, prepare, and adjust the promotion registration documents under the customer program.
Prepare, submit application(s), and liaise with authorities for a license and a sub-license in terms of corporation, IP, and e-commerce.
Proactively keep track of and update with the new relevant laws and regulations that impact the company's business.
Provide legal advice and assist with the corporate compliance requirements and business cases/issues to manage and reduce the compliance risk or avoid costly litigation.
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu:
Bachelor's degree in business law or equivalent major.
2 years of experience in Legal & Compliance. Experience in tech and/or FMCG companies, with a good understanding of corporate business operations and culture, is preferred.
Having a profound sense of responsibility and focusing on the work, the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, and good logical thinking & organization skills.
Good at communication and negotiation, able to deal with authority.
Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
Good command of English is an advantage.
