Leasing Manager

Leasing Operation Management:
·         Develop short-term & long-term leasing strategies.
·         Acquire new tenants and maintain existing tenants.
·         Negotiate rental rates and contract terms.
·         Ensure occupancy rate meets company targets.
Contract & Legal Management:
·       Prepare, control, and manage leasing contracts.
·       Monitor contract expiry, renewal, and termination.
·       Coordinate with legal and accounting teams.
Tenant Relationship Management:
·       Handle tenant requests and complaints.
·       Maintain long-term tenant relationships.
·       Coordinate with building operation teams.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
·       Conduct market & competitor analysis.
·       Prepare leasing revenue, occupancy, and forecast reports.
·       Propose pricing strategies and incentive policies.
·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
·       Minimum
5 years of experience in Leasing / Sales / Property Management, must have experience in leasing CO-WORKING OFFICE
·       Strong knowledge of: Office leasing market; Real estate leasing contracts & legal regulations
·       Skills: Negotiation & persuasion; Client relationship management; Revenue analysis & reporting
