Land Management Specialist

1. Land Clearance & Compensation

- Register the project in the annual land use plan and prepare related documentation.

- Develop, monitor, and report on clearance progress.

- Report challenges, propose solutions, and ensure timely progress.

- Coordinate with the Land Fund Development Center and the Ward People's Committee to engage with and persuade affected landowners and residents to hand over project sites. 

- Handle issues arising during the land clearance process, including complaints, disputes with affected households, legal obstacles, adjust project schedules, and propose solutions to management. 

2. Land Management

- Prepare and process documents for land allocation, land lease, and land-use conversion.

- Assist in handling administrative procedures related to land allocation, land lease, issuance of Land Use Rights Certificates (LURCs), and other legal procedures required for project implementation. 

- Review and verify the calculation of land use fees in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 

- Coordinate with the competent authorities, including the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Finance, and the Tax Authority, to resolve issues related to land valuation and land use fees. 

3. Reporting & Administration

- Prepare and present regular progress reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to management.

- Summarize key issues, feedback from residents, and propose action plans.

- Manage and archive all land clearance dossiers in accordance with regulations.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Management.

- Proficient in English 

- Bachelor’s degree in Land Administration, Construction, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;

- Strong knowledge of Land-related law & regulations.

- Excellent reporting, summarizing and presentation skills (verbal and written).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.

- Responsible, meticulous, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
