Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

• Experience in vehicle or powertrain testing, preferably for forklifts, construction machinery, or industrial vehicles.

• Knowledge of test methods, instrumentation, sensors, and data analysis techniques.

• Strong project coordination, supplier management, and cross functional communication skills.

• Japanese from N3 up or good English
