Electrical Design Engineer

Main Responsibilities

1. Lead Electrical Design Activities

• Manage the design and installation of electrical components and sensors for forklifts.

• Guide the development of electrical circuits and wiring harnesses.

• Review and approve 3D CAD models and drawings.

2. Understand Customer Needs

• Work with customers and internal teams to define technical requirements.

• Choose suitable electrical components and sensors based on performance and cost.

Requirements

• Experience in electrical circuit design and relay logic.

• Skilled in designing wiring harnesses and using 3D CAD (preferably Siemens NX).

• Knowledge of environmental design factors (vibration, waterproofing, temperature, noise).

• Familiar with Altium, MATLAB, and Simulink.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Good Japanese or English
