Responsibilities
Establish maintenance planning of plant equipment and ensure its realization. Guarantee the deliveries to our customer by keeping assembly lines and tools in adequate condition.
Duties
- Plan maintenance and servicing activities for mechanical machinery and technical equipment and develop investment, cost and personnel plans.
- Develop, organize and implement preventive maintenance systems as TPM to guarantee continuous readiness of assembly lines, equipment, tooling and back-up solutions.
- Realize inspections and optimize assembly equipment.
- Define and control maintenance plans and realize failure documentation.
- Organize internal and external personnel and resources to ensure adequate personnel capacity for maintenance.
- Develop and implement a functional spare part management and preventive maintenance system.
- Guarantee compliance referring to work safety and environmental protection and initiate actions for improvements.
- Provide technical support for other departments and the inspection.

Requirements
- Degree in engineering or similar
- Min. 3,5 years of professional experience
- Solid experience in leadership, Management by Delegation and Empowerment
- Proven communication and team working skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office Tools + SAP)
- Good English skills
