Kỹ Sư BP Chất Lượng/ QC Engineer

- Monitor and control product quality (daily/ weekly/ monthly)

- Inspect raw materials and finished products; identify non-conformities.

- Analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA)

- Handle quality issues, complaints, returns, and site-related problems.

- Supervise repair team and evaluate repaired products.

- Monitor production processes and propose continuous improvement solutions.

- Maintenance and improve Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)

- Prepare quality reports, NCR tracking & documentation.

- Coordinate with Production, Sales and related department for technical support.

- Other ad hoc works as requested.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Materials/ related fields.

- 3 - 5 years experience in QAQC in heavy manufacturing factory (PHC pile experience is a plus)

- Knowledge of concrete, PHC pile, and production processes.

- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and quality tools

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Good English communication

- Proficient in MS Office and ERP System
