Korean Speaking Trainee - Thực Tập Sinh Tiếng Hàn

- Support daily operational tasks of the assigned department under the supervision of line managers.
- Assist in communicating with Korean-speaking guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
- Translate or interpret basic information between Korean and English/Vietnamese when required.
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and follow-ups in a courteous and professional manner.
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, documents, or guest information as assigned.
- Participate in on-the-job training and departmental briefings.
- Comply with company policies, service standards, and workplace regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head.

- Currently a student or fresh graduate majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields.
- Proficient in Korean language (spoken and written); basic English communication is required.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced service environment.
- Available for internship/training for the required period.
