Chinese Speaking Trainee - Thực Tập Sinh Tiếng Trung

- Support daily operational tasks of the assigned department under the supervision of line managers.
- Assist in communicating with Chinese-speaking guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
- Provide basic translation or interpretation between Chinese and English/Vietnamese when required.
- Support guest inquiries, requests, and follow-ups in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, guest lists, or operational documents.
- Participate in departmental training sessions and daily briefings.
- Comply with company policies, service standards, and workplace regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or department heads.

- Current student or fresh graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese); basic English communication is required.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced service environment.
- Available for internship/training for the required period.
