Kế Toán Trưởng - Chief Accountant | Đà Nẵng

The Chief Accountant is an integral part of the Accounting team at JD Tours. At the core of our work is ensuring financial integrity, precise accounting operations. The Chief Accountant maintains excellent oversight of all financial reporting, tax compliance, and cash flow management, working independently to lead the accounting department, and provide clear strategic guidance to company directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Balance data to make salary for guides and staffs for tax declaration;

• Make a tour program to declare tax;

• Make contract for guide to declare tax;

• Make employees contract to declare tax;

• Make tour service contract to declare tax;

• Prepare personal income tax report;

• Coordinate with general accountant to prepare financial statements and corporate income tax settlement;

• Make detailed list of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance;

• Balance data to make a vehicle debt statement which need to issue invoice;

• Collect data to create revenue to issue invoice;

• Issue output invoice;

• Reports to the Department of Tourism periodicity and unannounced;

• Reports to the Department of Labor periodicity and unannounced;

• Check VAT report;

• Control all documents and accounting books;

• Responsible before the law for accounting work at the company;

• Check the accounting work of the general accountant;

• Draft documents for explanation to authorities;

• Provide books and data for inspection and examination by authorities;

• Work directly with the Department of Tourism, Department of Labor, Tax authorities, Social Insurance and other authorities when there is a decision to inspect and examine.

• Flexible to handle other specific assigned tasks by GM.

What we’re looking for:

• Vietnamese National, based in Da Nang (open to candidates from other locations willing to relocate);

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing (ACCA qualification is a plus);

• At least 5–7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a Chief Accountant or Senior Accounting Manager role;

Prior experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus;

• Hard working, highly accountable, and possesses strong professional integrity;

• Proficient with accounting software and open to learning new financial systems;

• Excellent English communication skills, particularly in written reporting and financial documentation;

• Positive attitude, strong leadership capabilities, and a sincere desire to drive continuous operational improvement;

• Attractive salary range, plus a relocation support allowance for candidates moving to Da Nang;
