- Oversee financial statement preparation.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting, ensure internal controls.
- Regulatory compliance, and manage costs and cash flows.
- Provide financial and risk analysis, coordinate audits.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Oversee ERP system management.
- Collaborate on strategic planning with senior management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, MBA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- 5-7 years of experience, including 5+ years in senior financial roles within manufacturing.
- Must have strong ERP, accounting software, and cost accounting expertise, along with in-depth regulatory knowledge (GAAP, tax laws).
- Requires proven leadership skills, attention to detail, strong analytical and communication abilities, and high ethical standards.
