1. Follow up and monitor customers' debt status.
2. Prepare periodic debt/financial reports and submit to the BOD weekly and monthly.
3. Send payment reminder emails to clients regarding outstanding balances.
4. Support the BOD by researching, collecting, and providing information as requested.
5. Update, monitor, and consolidate business data from each department and report to the BOD.
6. Monitor and update product/service information for the sales team.
7. Support sales tour operations, including preparing materials, quotations, coordinating operations, and handling customer complaints.
8. Contribute ideas to improve products, services, and internal working processes.
9. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
10. Other tasks assigned by the company

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Graduated from university with a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Sales, or related fields.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial processes, especially receivables tracking and reporting.
• English: fluent
• Experience in the travel industry, especially in tour operations or travel services, is a strong advantage.
• Strong interest in cultures, tourism, and travel experiences.
• Professional and friendly communication skills in email writing, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
• Good teamwork, problem-solving, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Good organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
